Cecil Kilpin & Co is a SAICA accredited training office and offers the following TIPP Training Contracts:

• 3 year and 4 year training contracts to graduates
• 5 year training contracts to undergraduates

Cecil Kilpin & Co has a client base covering a wide range of sectors and industries which ensures our trainees gain extensive exposure which assists in their career development.

Our training environment offers a formalised training programme which is outsourced to an approved service provider as well as in-house training and on-the-job training.  Cecil Kilpin & Co has two Training Officers providing feedback to trainees on their SAICA assessments and reviews.

• You will have direct contact with clients from an early stage, building lasting relationships and creating future business opportunities
• We aim to create leaders within the company, thus the trainee will become a leader within their team and will learn to manage, motivate and work under pressure meeting deadlines  on a continuous basis
• Trainees will be given a fair chance to obtain the needed attention for their studies as it is important to us that the trainee succeeds academically
• We aim to avoid a gap between management and trainees, thus all topics and problems can be discussed directly between the Partner and trainee which will expose you to a great deal of experience from someone who knows exactly what this industry requires of you
